1. CONFERENCE FEE
The pre-registration fee for regular participants is € 450. Pre-registration closes on April 22nd.
After this date, the registration fee will be € 500.
The registration fee for students is € 150.
The registration fee includes conference binder, a CD-ROM with the full papers, lunches,
coffee breaks and the conference dinner on Tuesday 21st June.
Additional dinner tickets are available at € 50 per person.
2. PAYMENT CONFERENCE FEE
The registration fee can be paid directly to the conference bank account.

Cancellations postmarked before 15th May 2005 will receive a full refund. Registration
refunds will be made only upon written request. Those who do not show up, and have not
cancelled their registration, are responsible for full fee.

3. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
A block booking has been made at the Barbizon Palace Hotel, but we still need to receive
your request for accommodation, duration of stay and other details preferably before
June 4th 2005.
Please note that all reservations are registered by us, and passed on to the hotel
collectively at a later stage. We would therefore appreciate if you could advise us
of your ‘VISITATION DETAILS’, by using the electronic registration form.
When arranging your flights, please note that checking-in at the hotel is possible as from
14.00 hrs. Early arrivals can only be guaranteed to check-in upon arrival by booking the
preceding night, if not it will depend on availability of hotel rooms.
After receipt of your details we (Conference Services) will make the arrangements
according to your specifications. Our website does not accommodate sending an e-mail
as confirmation of your registration. In case you require a confirmation, please print
your Registration Data Confirmation from the website.
COSTS ACCOMODATION
The conference rates at the Barbizon Palace Hotel are:
• Single room @ € 185,00 per night.
• Double room @ € 185,00 per night.
Breakfast costs are € 20,00 per person per day and the city tax is 5% per room per day.
The accommodation costs need to be paid directly to the hotel.
